The SpinOn Workshop 2018 will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on the 1st and 2nd of October 2018 and it is our pleasure to invite you to join us at the Academia das Ciências de Lisboa. The SpinOn Workshop aims at bringing together both well established and younger researchers around the topic of magnetism. With this in mind we organised a meeting comprising plenary lectures, a series of oral communications and a slot of flash presentations, thus giving plenty of opportunities for researchers at all career levels to present their work orally. The topic of the first SpinOn series is Multifunctional Magnetic Materials and counts with speakers from the areas of spin crossover, single molecule magnets and magnetic materials and devices.”
