All students (graduation and pos-graduated) must sent a proof stating their condition to the congress secretariat (eqa11@ipb.pt)
Registration includes congress material, attendance to all sessions, coffee-breaks, lunches, social program and technical visit.
Registration of accompanying persons includes lunches, social programand technical visit.
Steps to register and participate at 11EQA
Please be aware of the steps to undertake to register and participate at 11EQA. The guidelines will improve the efficiency on all organization levels. Thank you for your collaboration!
Abstract submission is only possible after your online registration in 11EQA.
After registering, you will receive an e-mail with the 11EQA Code to access the abstract submission tool in your 11EQA Personal Area. In this area, and using the 11EQA Code, you can proceed with the abstract submission process at anytime until the deadline for abstract submission.
If you don’t receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the abstract submission, please contact us.
The 11EQA management platform is prepared for online invoice emission. The correct accounting data should be fulfilled in the 11EQA registration platform (name of the legal organization receiving the invoice and the corresponding address and tax number) in order to avoid possible errors during the invoice emission process.
After identifying the payment, an online receipt will be emitted. The online receipts are legal documents and can be printed and used in our institution accounting system. It is recommended to avoid payments on location since they could imply some delay in issuing the receipts.
After payment, if you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail in a period of 7 days, please contact us and/or send us the payment confirmation document (if you are not the first bearer of the bank account, or if the payment is going to be carried out by an institution, please let us know).
The payment proof should be sent to the secretariat of the meeting (eqa11@ipb.pt)

The check to the order of "Portuguese Chemical Society – 11EQA", accompanied by the information regarding the submitted registration, should be mailed to the following address:

Cancellation
Cancellation of the registration will be accepted according to the following conditions:
until 31th July, 2012: reimbursement of the total fees paid
from 1st to 31th August: reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid
after 1st September: we regret to inform that it will not be possible to consider refund
